Full Moon: Illumination & Letting Go
9th August 7pm | New Works
Join Lunar Reflections for a relaxed, grounding evening walk in nature as we mark the Full Moon — a time often associated with reflection, clarity, and letting go.
This gentle, circular route takes us through heathland and into ancient woodland — a beautiful setting to pause, reflect, and reconnect. We’ll meet at New Works Lane Car Park, setting off shortly after 7pm.
This is an informal, welcoming space to check in with yourself and connect with other women. Along the way, we’ll invite gentle reflection on what’s feeling aligned in your life — and what might be ready to be released.
We’ll also offer an optional ‘release ritual’, where you can write down anything you’d like to leave behind and (safely) burn it in a simple, symbolic act. Nothing heavy or overly spiritual — just a meaningful moment to let go and lighten the load.
Well-behaved, dog-friendly dogs are very welcome 🐾
